Meet Anna Malayan, the founder of AccrueTalent with 10 years of experience in Technology and Recruiting. Anna has a proven track record with over a decade of experience in Talent Acquisition and staffing. She specializes in identifying top-tier candidates in a variety of industries, including Technology, Biotech, Healthcare, and Fintech, working with businesses of all sizes from startups to established market leaders.

Anna’s unique ability to build lasting relationships with clients and candidates sets her apart from the competition. She takes a personalized approach, understanding each client’s unique needs and developing tailored recruiting strategies that deliver results. Similarly, she takes the time to understand the skills, goals, and aspirations of candidates, helping them find the best job opportunities. In her spare time, Anna enjoys working out, hiking with her rescue German Shepherd, traveling, and experimenting with new Keto recipes. Anna is also a passionate advocate for animal welfare. She encourages people to adopt their next family pet from a local shelter. Jasmine, her long-time family pet who passed away, was a full-breed beautiful German Shepherd that was rescued from the West Los Angeles Animal Shelter. Jade, her gorgeous German Shepherd, was rescued as a puppy from the Westside German Shepherd Rescue of Los Angeles .
