I worked with Anna during my time as an engineering manager at BitGo. I was managing a high-priority project at BitGo, but didn’t have a team so there was urgency to spin up a team as quickly as possible. Anna worked extremely hard to source the right candidates and in 2 months we had hired a very strong 3 person team. Anna is a pleasure to work with and she gets the job done. She asked for my input on what types of candidates we were looking to source and ran with that information to get the right candidates into the interview process and ultimately in the door.

I worked with Anna as an Instructor and mentor during her Talent Acquisition training at  UCSD. There are those students who stand out and Anna is one of them. What impressed me was her ambition to succeed, willingness to learn, apply and grow open-mindedness,  and passion for her work. She represents the dream student for an instructor and mentor!  Her desire is to excel and be a top recruiter in her field. She understands the changing nature of TA today and is learning how to develop these skills. I wish her the best in her career and life!
